OCEF provides the opportunity to sponsor primary and senior school students in rural "9
th world" (third world county, third poorest province, and the third poorest area in the province). It costs
50$ to sponsor a primary student and
120$ to support a senior school student for
one year. Please, I am
begging you to do something for these students who desperately need education and education materials. This is something
small you can do to make a
